New Student Registration for 2016-2017 - Children living within the school boundaries of District 118 should register at their home school. To begin the registration process you may download a registration packet in English or Spanish or you may pick-up a copy at the school office. Bring completed registration forms and required documents to the school your child will attend to complete the registration process. Registration packets in English and Spanish as well as Supply Lists in English and Spanish from each elementary and middle school are available below.

Emergency Medical Information Form for Bus Riders - Attached, for your convenience, is the Emergency Medical Information Form for Students with Special Needs or Medical Conditions Who Ride Buses. The purpose of this form is to give school bus drivers and/or emergency medical technicians information about children who have special needs or medical conditions. The use of this form is subject to the discretion of the parent(s)/guardian(s).
|Pre-School Screening - District 118 offers Preschool Screening to all children aged 3 - 5 years who live within the district boundaries. The next Pre-School Screening will be Tuesday, August 23rd. Please click here for more information in English and Spanish.|

|Fee Waiver Application: If your child is eligible for a fee waiver, please watch here for the new forms which will be available in either English or Spanish for the 2016-2017 school year. Submit completed forms to either your child's school office or the District Office.|

NOTICE CONCERNING THE PREVENTION OF BULLYING, INTIMIDATION, AND HARASSMENT
Bullying, intimidation, and harassment are not acceptable in any form and will not be tolerated at school or any school related activity. The School District will protect students against retaliation for reporting incidents of bullying, intimidation, or harassment, and will take disciplinary action against any student who participates in such conduct.
