New Student Registration for the 2015-2016 School Year - If you are a new family to District 118, thank you for choosing District 118! First, you will need to determine the school your child will attend based on our District School Boundary Map. Next, you will visit the school your child will attend with the documentation described in the registration packet hyperlinked below. Save time by downloading, printing, and completing the packet. Emergency Medical Information Form for Bus Riders - Attached, for your convenience, is the Emergency Medical Information Form for Students with Special Needs or Medical Conditions Who Ride Buses. The purpose of this form is to give school bus drivers and/or emergency medical technicians information about children who have special needs or medical conditions. The use of this form is subject to the discretion of the parent(s)/guardian(s).
|Pre-School Screening - District 118 offers Preschool Screening to all children aged 3 - 5 years who live within the district boundaries. The next Pre-School Screenings are Tuesday, August 25th and Thursday, August 27th. Please click here for more information in English and Spanish.|
2014 Illinois At-A-Glance Report Cards for all schools in Wauconda School District 118 are now available on our district website on the State Report Cards webpage. Additionally, the Illinois At-A-Glance Report Cards may be found at the Illinois Report Card website. At this Illinois State Board of Education supported website, more information may be found by browsing each individual school or district report card. Any parent interested in receiving a printed copy of the Illinois At-A-Glance Report Card for a specific school should contact that school to make arrangements for a copy to be sent home with their child or to arrange a time to pick up a copy.

Bullying, intimidation, and harassment are not acceptable in any form and will not be tolerated at school or any school related activity. The School District will protect students against retaliation for reporting incidents of bullying, intimidation, or harassment, and will take disciplinary action against any student who participates in such conduct.
