Pawprint Kindergarten Registration for 2016-2017 - Children living within the school boundaries of Wauconda Grade School, Robert Crown School, and Cotton Creek School should pre-register at their home school. Pawprint Wauconda Community Unit School District 118, in compliance with federal and state mandates, is interested in obtaiining your opinions regarding the quality of special education services. Pawprint 2016 - 2017 District Calendar was approved by the Board of Education. Click here to check your child's first day of school, the first day winter break and spring break, and other important District dates during the next school year.

Pawprint Emergency Medical Information Form for Bus Riders - Attached, for your convenience, is the Emergency Medical Information Form for Students with Special Needs or Medical Conditions Who Ride Buses. The purpose of this form is to give school bus drivers and/or emergency medical technicians information about children who have special needs or medical conditions. The use of this form is subject to the discretion of the parent(s)/guardian(s).

Pawprint Pre-School Screening - District 118 offers Preschool Screening to all children aged 3 - 5 years who live within the district boundaries. The next Pre-School Screening is Tuesday, May 3rd, 2016. Please click here for more information in English and Spanish.

Pawprint Fee Waiver Application: If your child is eligible for a fee waiver, please click here for the form in either English or Spanish for the 2015-2016 school year. Submit completed forms to either your child's school office or the District Office.

Bullying, intimidation, and harassment are not acceptable in any form and will not be tolerated at school or any school related activity. The School District will protect students against retaliation for reporting incidents of bullying, intimidation, or harassment, and will take disciplinary action against any student who participates in such conduct.
