Pawprint Welcome from the Superintendent

Pawprint New Student Registration - Students new to District 118 should register at the school they will attend in the Fall. To begin the registration process you may download a registration packet in English or Spanish or may pick up a copy at the school office. Please bring completed registration forms and required documents to the school to complete the registration process. Dates and times that our schools will be open to the public this summer as well as school supply lists for our elementary and middle schools are available below. Pawprint Tdap Vaccine Requirements - Please be advised that beginning with the 2013-14 school year, a new immunization requirement will go into effect for all students entering, advancing or transferring into 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grades. Pawprint Helping Your Child Cope in a Time of Crisis

Pawprint 2012 School Report Cards: All school districts according to Public Act 84-126 are required to disseminate individual building State Report Card Data.  To save printing and postage costs, school districts are allowed to disseminate this information on their websites. Individuals are free to print any of our State Report Cards from our website or may contact a school directly to pick up a copy.

Pawprint NCLB Supplemental Educational Services (SES) - Wauconda Grade School - Eligible families of Wauconda Grade School students may apply for SES services in reading and/or mathematics. Please click on this link to obtain information for this tutoring program.

Pawprint Pre-School Screening: Wauconda CUSD 118 offers Preschool Screening to all children aged 3 - 5 years who live within the district boundaries.
Pawprint Pay Your School Fees Online with E-Pay: In an effort to offer the most innovative payment options to District 118 parents, we hope that you will find this service from Illinois Funds E-Pay convenient and easy to use. Click here to use E-Pay.
Pawprint Fee Waiver Application: If your child is eligible for a fee waiver, please click here for the form in either English or Spanish for the 2012-2013 school year. Submit completed forms to either your child's school office or the District Office.

NOTICE CONCERNING THE PREVENTION OF BULLYING, INTIMIDATION, AND HARASSMENT

Bullying, intimidation, and harassment are not acceptable in any form and will not be tolerated at school or any school related activity. The School District will protect students against retaliation for reporting incidents of bullying, intimidation, or harassment, and will take disciplinary action against any student who participates in such conduct.
