|Kindergarten Registration for 2016-2017 - Children living within the school boundaries of Wauconda Grade School, Robert Crown School, and Cotton Creek School should pre-register at their home school on Monday, March 7, 2016, from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. If you have any questions about the pre-registration process, please click here for informational flyers in English and Spanish. Beginning Tuesday, February 16, 2016 registration packets may be picked-up at the school your child will attend in the fall or downloaded from the district website.|

Emergency Medical Information Form for Bus Riders - Attached, for your convenience, is the Emergency Medical Information Form for Students with Special Needs or Medical Conditions Who Ride Buses. The purpose of this form is to give school bus drivers and/or emergency medical technicians information about children who have special needs or medical conditions. The use of this form is subject to the discretion of the parent(s)/guardian(s).

NOTICE CONCERNING THE PREVENTION OF BULLYING, INTIMIDATION, AND HARASSMENT
Bullying, intimidation, and harassment are not acceptable in any form and will not be tolerated at school or any school related activity. The School District will protect students against retaliation for reporting incidents of bullying, intimidation, or harassment, and will take disciplinary action against any student who participates in such conduct.
