Pawprint Pre-School Screening - Wauconda CUSD 118 offers Preschool Screening to all children aged 3 - 5 years who live within the district boundaries. The next Pre-School Screenings will be announced soon.. Please click here for more information in English and Spanish.

Pawprint Kindergarten Pre-Registration for School Year 2015-2016 - Students must be 5 years of age on or before Sept. 1, 2015 and live within the school boundaries of their home school to be eligible to pre-register for Kindergarten. Registration packets may be picked up in the school offices beginning Tuesday, Feb. 17 or click below to download and print the packet in English or Spanish. Pawprint 2014 Illinois At-A-Glance Report Cards for all schools in Wauconda School District 118 are now available on our district website on the State Report Cards webpage. Additionally, the Illinois At-A-Glance Report Cards may be found at the Illinois Report Card website. At this Illinois State Board of Education supported website, more information may be found by browsing each individual school or district report card.  Any parent interested in receiving a printed copy of the Illinois At-A-Glance Report Card for a specific school should contact that school to make arrangements for a copy to be sent home with their child or to arrange a time to pick up a copy.

Pawprint Fee Waiver Application: If your child is eligible for a fee waiver, please click here for the form in either English or Spanish for the 2014-2015 school year. Submit completed forms to either your child's school office or the District Office.
