Pawprint New Student Registration for the 2015-2016 School Year - If you are a new family to District 118, thank you for choosing District 118! First, you will need to determine the school your child will attend based on our District School Boundary Map. Next, you will visit the school your child will attend with the documentation described in the registration packet hyperlinked below. Save time by downloading, printing, and completing the packet. Pawprint Notice of Pest Control Service - On Sunday, June 28, 2015, Spring-Green will be treating the following locations: Wauconda High School - all grass areas within the property lines, Wauconda Middle School - all grass areas along the perimeter of the building (not the grass field to the north of the school building), Matthews Middle School - all grass areas along the perimeter of the front of the building, Wauconda Grade School - all grass areas along the perimeter of the building, Robert Crown School - all grass areas along the perimeter of the building including islands north of school building into parking areas, and Cotton Creek School - all grass areas along the perimeter of the building including islands that run in front of the building into the parking lot.
Pawprint Pre-School Screening - District 118 offers Preschool Screening to all children aged 3 - 5 years who live within the district boundaries. The next Pre-School Screenings are Tuesday, August 25th and Thursday, August 27th. Please click here for more information in English and Spanish.

Pawprint 2014 Illinois At-A-Glance Report Cards for all schools in Wauconda School District 118 are now available on our district website on the State Report Cards webpage. Additionally, the Illinois At-A-Glance Report Cards may be found at the Illinois Report Card website. At this Illinois State Board of Education supported website, more information may be found by browsing each individual school or district report card.  Any parent interested in receiving a printed copy of the Illinois At-A-Glance Report Card for a specific school should contact that school to make arrangements for a copy to be sent home with their child or to arrange a time to pick up a copy.

Pawprint Fee Waiver Application: If your child is eligible for a fee waiver, please click here for the form in either English or Spanish for the 2014-2015 school year. Submit completed forms to either your child's school office or the District Office.

NOTICE CONCERNING THE PREVENTION OF BULLYING, INTIMIDATION, AND HARASSMENT

Bullying, intimidation, and harassment are not acceptable in any form and will not be tolerated at school or any school related activity. The School District will protect students against retaliation for reporting incidents of bullying, intimidation, or harassment, and will take disciplinary action against any student who participates in such conduct.
