Important Information
  • Inquiries to retrieve critical personal belongings from school such as student medications from the nurse’s office, a district-issued Chromebook or band instrument should be made to the school principal.

  • Concern about COVID-19 is leading to feelings of anxiety in children and adults.  Acknowledging concern without panic is appropriate, and can lead us to take actions that reduce the risk of illness and protect our social-emotional wellbeing.  It is very important to remember that children look to adults for guidance on how to react to stressful events. For additional guidance on how to talk to children about COVID-19 from the National Association of School Psychologists please click here: Talking to Children about COVID-19, a Guide for Parents. Additional information provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for parents on helping their children cope with COVID-19 please click below: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prepare/managing-stress-anxiety.html

  • Anyone who is coming to our schools should always follow these guidelines:

    • Practice physical distancing. Do not hug, shake hands, or congregate in small groups. Be cognizant to remain 6 feet from others whenever possible.

    • Wash your hands frequently, especially after opening doors or touching surfaces.

    • Try and refrain from touching your face, especially near your mouth, nose, and eyes.

    • Cough into the corner of your elbow. If you use a tissue, place it in the trash as soon as you are done using it.

  • Nobody should come to our schools if they are:

    • Feeling ill.

    • Have a condition of being immunocompromised.

    • Have had direct contact with someone who has symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, and shortness of breath) or has been diagnosed with COVID-19.

  • District's Pandemic Preparedness Policy may be found here: English and Spanish.
