Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)
The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requires that all public bodies designate Freedom of Information Officers. The FOIA Officers, designated by the Board of Education, are assigned all the duties and powers provided in FOIA and Board Policy 2:250. A request for inspection and/ or copies of public records must be made in writing and may be submitted by personal delivery, mail, telefax, or email directed to the District’s Freedom of Information Officers.
