Dear D118 Staff,

The Wauconda CUSD 118 Board of Education is beginning the search for our next Superintendent. Strong schools build strong communities, and your voice as a local partner is vital to this process.

We have partnered with the search firm Hazard, Young, Attea & Associates (HYA) to gather feedback on our district's strengths, future challenges, and desired leadership qualities. This input will directly shape the profile we use to select our next leader.
